Good, the ads are super annoying anyway. Some streams have obnoxious amounts of them too and at the worst times. One basically drove me to install a blocker since i would get 8-10 ads in a row.

I can't stand Twitch. Everytime I try it.. it loads me in, I get 3-4mins of adds. Finally get into the stream for about 30secs and then around round for 3-5mins of adds. After that it gets a little better, like 2-3mins of the stream then around round of adds. It is definitely more adds than stream

That's a setting specific to each streamer. They can set the ads to whatever they want as long as there is 3 min minimum per hour. The default is however 1.5 min of ads right as you join a stream. They can be set to be 3 consecutive min every hour instead to coincide with the streamers break instead of 1.5 min every 30 min to achieve the goal amount of time.

It won't. I don't know how it is in the other regions, but here I'm seeing the same 2 ads all the time on any channel, the COD 6 and AMD processor ad.

Gotta say JP, Chevron don't have any leway in the gaming world so I could give a damn less about them. I know this hurts some streamers but seriously, I hate watching this stuff on YT and just getting a bunch of ads that pertain to me in no way whatso ever. Like the gambling casino apps, I don't gamble and I'll never use something so easy to make the odds against the user so bad yet that is all i see ads for, I don't see anything for games i play or shit i look up, or anything intriguing just stupid ads for casinos. And the ads have been getting worse when I'm on my mobile data.

I'm going to say it like this that Twitch has created their own problem Dan Clancy should resign and Hasan needs to be permanently banned Play here's the thing Dan Clancy is compromised they keep on putting a Band-Aid on to the issue and not addressing the issue at hand with these vague terms of service and policies it is Dan Clancy for allowing this to continue on Twitch and it's switch not doing their job am being a responsible platform and permanently banning Hasan from Twitch they are absolutely 100% to blame for all of this and if they can't get the problems straight then then I don't see any purpose for people to even stream on Twitch anymore when there are other alternatives like KZbin and others to stream on instead they are a platform that has passed its prime and usefulness

Piratesoftware did a video a month or two discussing this. Typically q4 on twitch sees a yearly drop followed by a resurgence in q1.
