I loved this as a kid! So much nostalgia. The theme when they’re both at the gate at the start lives in my head rent free.

I loved this game when I was little, especially the one where you helped bake a cake I think

I love this game! I was always playing it when I was a kid. :) Thank you for uploading it. Can you please upload more activities from the game that weren’t tin this video, like the glossary, Mr. McGregor’s planting game, connect the dots, puzzle, nut catching, onion catching, nursery rhymes, and Mrs. Rabbit’s recipes? You don’t have to, but I love those activities.

Why are there literally 2 John Munleys with different numbers at the end here? I might know, but this is... Eyebrow raising.

I didn’t know this game existed as a child back then I’d have been about 8… my older bro 16 had a computer at the time… my parents were from an older generation… 40s-60s so never got into things like that... My dad had struggled with keyboard layouts as we was better with manual typewriters… if he had to type up things for work. Think I looked up to him as when I saw a cheap typewriter in a charity shop I bought it to type up stories I wrote. Running out of ink ribbon put it on hold or meant I was back to writing on paper… until I finally got a laptop of my own. I would have loved to have learned on a computer in childhood esp through this game as it would have been easier for my ptsd at the time to interact n remember n concentrate etc. I struggled with reading and memory and learning due to trauma. I could imagine I’d probably learn better with this game esp as I love n have always loved nature art Beatrix potter and this interaction would have helped when I wasn’t getting any one to one help from my Parents with reading as a child. Teachers also were fed up with me too back then n never helped me. If only trauma is recognised in schools even today. I feel so happy though to relive childhood the good memories despite the trauma n now have the freedom to enjoy things n see the world back then from a safer n broader experience now. It’s not only healing but freeing.

@MrRaymanM What OS are you running?
@MrRaymanM2 жыл бұрын
DosBox with Windows 3.11, this game works fine in Win98 too (used Pcem) and Windows XP (VirtualBox)

Thanks! I tried to install the CD yesterday using Windows 10 host and Windows XP (VirtualBox). Kept getting an error on install (Must use Windows 95). I’ll try the others! Also had issues running W95/W98 on VirtualBox with an AMD Ryzen CPU, but that’s a different issue.

@@Tyeu , I can give you a link to a russian site with Dosbox+win3.11 (it's already set and ready to go, no viruses, you can check it via virustotal), if you have some problems.
