Going through the comments, concluded that Nigerians are quick to react. We need to listen well. Daniel only said the story as researched. He used words to imply that the stor(ies) are all speculations and that he doesn't know which is true. He always ensures to let listeners realize that he is telling stories based on research and hearsays.

Then he should do more deeper research before coming out to talk. He said Okija shrine is in Enugu, but that not true. As the name Okija implies, Okija is a town in Ihiala local government in Anambra state.

Don’t mind them my dear, am not saying he was a clean man but is he the only one of that age that died through accident? Did he ever own a private jet or a factory? He was just a young show man that love exotic cars and few properties in Lagos and helped a lot of people because he had the mind to give. Is there no one in your village that have died at that age? What age did Michale Jackson die? What is Bob Marley? If they were African’s Nigeria precisely we could have called them different types names.

Young man talking as if Nigeria of the late 80s-90s was one really backward place from a distant past.😀😀 There were no mobile phones until mid-90s, and even then it was super-limited. Those were days of 419iners that relied on landline telephone and fax machines, which was not available like today's mobile phone.. The only thing I remember about that guy was a song made for him by KWAM-1. Nice video idea. One of the things I had wished I could get into, talking about crimes stories. Glad some young Nigerians are beginning to explore diverse opportunities. If not for the terrible record keeping or lack of access to info, there are treasure troves of old crime stories that can be covered. Goodluck.

He was Nigerian that made a bulk of his wealth in the 80's and 90's I don't think scamming brought him his wealth. Scamming was in its infancy at that point. Only cocaine could bring such riches so quickly. In the 80's and 90's drug running made millionaires he had to be part of a drug running ring, running Coke to the UK at that time.

I know that many Nigerians are desperate to get rich and if all it took was human sacrifice, they wouldn’t hesitate. Nice story, but he didn't visit Fela shrine for any prayers. Femi Kuti was billed to perform in his Ihiala home on his birthday. Guess he just went to finalise with Femi. Ezego wasn't driving the Cherokee Jeep. He was driving his most cherished very latest Lexus Jeep he had just brought. When the Cherokee in the convoy couldn't move again, he opted to tow it since he was the only one in his Lexus Jeep. The other cars in the convoy all had occupants. Ezego businesses didn't crumble, the wife carried on with his company( though is obvious the business wasn't his major source of income). His Glass house in ajao estate Lagos is still there and functional. Ezego had so many houses scattered all over the country ( and I don't think these houses are abandoned). His house in the village became abandoned simply because the wife wasn't going there again. Most of his children were abroad. His first son is from a Japanese woman.

My own school of thought is this, his family wouldn't just abandon his estate like that, there is something his family knows that they keep to themselves, his property could have been sold out or even turned into something more profitable like a plaza or hotel. I suspect he must have given instructions to his wife about his property. We only know the surface and speculations and that's too huge of a property to just abandon. It is a fact that most dubious people can perceive the time of their death and act accordingly and even a righteous man can also perceive the time of his death and act accordingly but in all, he was a figure of wealth. It should be a lesson for this generation that the latest today will become the useless tomorrow. I always feel that there is a difference between the Godly wealth and the mystical kind of wealth.

So so surprising that the truth never came to public knowledge. Ezego ate a business partners money and refuse to pay, the person summoned him to okija shrine and the refused to come defend himself or pay and he got the brute force attack which led to his end. It was after the okija shrine killed him for deliberately refusing to pay his debt then next was ezegos cronnies in govt. and powerful places tried to destroy okija for fear of them failing into it later incase they have someone summon them there. Till date okija is still functioning and I once watch here on KZbin a German man who came to summon an Igbo man who owes him money. The German man I think made the video so the could send it to the man so the man will know he's not joking. If you agree you will pay your debt then nothing will happen to you if you prove stubborn sorry is your name, this is according to the narrative of what is being said about okija. And anyone it kills it claims the properties and corpse according to what is said and I think that explains why no one goes close to those properties for fear of loosing their life because you don't want to be dragging properties with a deity, doesn't look like a battle you can win on your own. Someone comment down below here that when her or his ex went to summon someone there years ago they saw ezegos corpse there. Well, life is deep don't eat people's money and think they can do nothing just because you are powerful I think that's the moral of this story

He scammed somebody who summoned him at okija , he didn't honour the invitation, and consequences of that is that when the shrine kills you ,all your properties belongs to the shrine, even your kids. Anyone who dares touch anything that belongs to such a person dies mysteriously.that is the simple reason all his properties went to ruin. As a matter of fact, sacrifice s has to be made to shrine by his family to claim his kids and wife from the shrine.

Thank you for your story & taking yr precious time to research plus finance. From what i have just heard I think this late young guy was not into cult or ritual things. WHY? Because to me he was someone who suffered a lot, had brains very intelligent he knew how to make money. Im sure even during his time of robbery he was the master mind behind the robbery. Im sure after realising that robbing was not as good as he thought the ventured into another business. To me he loved doing illegal business that brings money fast. I am sorry to say this but us black people we are quick to say every rich black person is rich cause they have sold their souls, at the same time hear me well I am not denying that such is there but for this late young man, I say this again he was not into cult. If he was his family could have all perished by now, his business collapsed cse people running it looted the funds & no one was running the show. Also everyone when you are about to kick the bucket you act strange. some act strange some people act strange on one about to die even seperate themselves from the person abt to die.

He was 36 when he died and was buried in November 14th 2020. There are rumours that he accumulated his wealth using money rituals and that he belonged to some cult whose headquarters are in Ghana. (With today technology, people might get a true answer.) Good story. The Bible says the devil is the ruler of this world. I would rather eat a grass than going sign the pact with the devil. Be blessed in jesus christ for exposing this story.

To me he didn't do a wrong thing by sacrificing himself than his innocent family..even me self if i can do this thing, I'll sacrifice myself because my family didn't ask me to do that so there's no way to use them than myself.I'll leave them enjoying for the rest.

His affiliation with Okija shrine was not to make wealth, his Gardner then whom he refuses to pay 5,000k then for months decided to summon him to Okija shrine which he refused to answer lead to his untimely death. Finally, Ezego's corpse was brought to the Okija shrine with his coffin not buried till today, saw what am writing here with my 👁️ when my ex went to summon some person's there.

This is the comment I was waiting to read. So so surprising that this truth is never came to public knowledge. If you agree you will pay your debt then nothing will happen to you if you prove stubborn sorry is your name. And anyone it kills it claims the properties and corpse according to what is said and I think that explains why no one goes close to those properties for fear of loosing their life because you don't want to be dragging properties with a deity, doesn't look like a battle you can win on your own.
