the irony is that Tadano is really actually good at "Reading the room" which was explained in the chuunibyou episode and which explains how he can completely understand Komi but his "Denseness" most likely is just him being in denial about everything that hints in Komi liking him because of his lack of selfworth

Part of Komi's problem is that people make assumptions about her based on her appearance. Tadano decided she was "out of his league" at first sight and hasn't revised that assumption despite getting to know her. As you say, probably because of his own past.

someone may already explained "the shouting on the rooftop" but just in case people who doesn't know. its actually a thing in TV show in Japan where students shout their feelings and funny stories in front of entire students but we would never do that in a school although there are many animes that does similar things like that.

A fun part about Tadano is the joke that in the school where literally EVERYONE has a quirk, Tadano is abnormally normal within the Komiverse (You can go anywhere in statistics and you will find that literally no one is average 100%, the average person does not exist). That, and his ability to read the room but his inability to use it to his advantage are his quirk

The school chooses the students based on their interviews. I can't see Komi passing an interview for real, so I suspect it's no coincidence that she was sat next to the student best able to help her. Makes me wonder if the reason why all the other students are weird is because the school is trying to help them all. The relatively few "normal" students are their because they can help the others (and probably also they have problems they need help with but the problems are more low-key". Tadano doesn't even seem to be the most normal. Onemine doesn't have any noticeable oddities other than a tendency to insert herself into situations if she thinks someone needs help.

This show grew on me. Once we were introduced to more of the class, it started to feel more like that comfy slice-of-life that I was looking for when I picked it up.
