I have struggled coming back from manic episodes and trying to pick up the pieces or in some cases completely rebuild. Resilience and tenacity in enormous amounts are required. Be good to yourself. You can do this. Each day is new and offers new opportunities. You are not alone. You’ve got this. ❤️

Being kind to myself is difficult. I am exhausted and lost. I don't trust much of anything or anyone anymore because everything I try and believe in seems to be a disappointment in the end as I fall flat on my face again. I know I need help, but I haven't found anything that keeps me afloat for very long. I feel like I've tried everything, and I resettle into hopelessness once again. I didn't mean to get dark. I'm going through a difficult time now. I appreciate your words.

Im sorry to hear you are struggling ❤ I definitely relate to how you feel. Its difficult for others around to understand and that can feel so isolating. I found one of the best things for me is grounding. Getting out in nature.putting my feet in the dirt, in the water. Spending as much time as I can outdoors. Even just sitting outside helps put me out of my thoughts. Im glad you are on Earth with me. You are not alone friend ❤
