Thanks. Minor point: the soleus isn't the "cable like tendon at the bottom aspect of the posterior leg. That's the calcaneal tendon which is actually the attachment of the gastrocnemius to the calcaneus.

I like to do a warmup jog before workouts to warm-up. Would you recommend static stretches before or after the run?

Instructor, try not to speak in such an aloof manner, its a little annoying. Relax your conversational vocabulary!
