I have known older women who have been with younger men, they have been insecure in their relationships. The flip side of older men with young women. He may suspect that she's creeping. However when women fall in love, they act more sincerely. They may creep, but they decide to stay in their relationship or not. Once Divorce Court featured an older man who thought that he hit the "Old Man's Jackpot" by getting a woman about half his age. In most cases, a plaintiff or defendant cannot introduce a witness the other side can't depose without warning. The witness could prejudice the judge and/or the outcome. Every side must come in equally until evidence is established. In this case, the "witness" wasn't needed. He didn't give any testimony that wasn't already known. The law is tricky that way.
