THE AIRBORNE TOXIC EVENT PERFORMING "ALL I EVER WANTED" AT THE MUSIC HALL IN PORTSMOUTH, NH ON 6/2/23. I DON'T OWN ANY OF THE RIGHTS...JUST PUTTING IT OUT THERE FOR THE FANS. I RECORDED IT FROM THE SECOND ROW AND AS LUCK WOULD HAVE IT HAD SOME TALL PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME TO TRY TO RECORD AROUND. PORTSMOUTH HAD ONE OF THE BEST GROUPS OF FANS I HAVE BEEN WITH IN MY 20+ AIRBORNE SHOWS.

The lead violin has completely lost its soul that would normally accompany this song. It’s like replacing it with awkward blue grass rock thrusting violin completely out of sync & not in tune bringing with it, a spirit of a state fair band vs the sound the previous joint harmony.

I feel sorry for you mate. On one, technical level, you may be correct. Anna may have been technically in better sync with the vibe. But if you can't move on and enjoy the evolved sound for what it is, and all you have left is a rather bitter criticism, then I would suggest you lighten up. Music evolves...usually in a downward direction. Brilliant musicians get old...voices fail...and band members depart. Grow old gracefully and accept the evolution. Cheers.
