The reason Dutch approval for the monarchy is decreasing is due to them not abiding by quarantine rules during lockdown (going on holiday to Greece, partying with seventy-something people, that sort of thing. There is no single eastern orthodox church that unifies eastern Europe. They pretty much have all their own church. Also Poland is famously Catholic, Czechia almost fully atheist, the baltics are only minority eastern Orthodox and Greece while having the Greek orthodox church still legalized same sex marriage. Sure the Russian orthodox church has become a mouthpiece of the Kremlin but painting all of "Eastern Europe" with the same brush is nonsense.
