I think I know why Akinor knows Queen Bouncelia and Nabnaleena but he doesn't know their names. Since the game developer Akinator has only seen the trailer and has not played the official game, they can only guess the character's name by looking at the picture. And in the trailer without the appearance of Tarta Bird, Mr. Kabob Man, Tamataki-Chamataki and Jester.
