Ironically, here in Denmark, Stig Hoffmeyer voiced him in the Harry Potter Series AND also voiced Scar in The Lion King. 😁He even returned for The Lion Guard, as one of the only actors worldwide who actually voiced him in the original movie. But here in Denmark we're very good at keeping the original actors all the way through, possibly thanks to voice director Lars Thiesgaard

@@timrob12 That's really amazing! Here in Denmark Dobby and Remus Lupin are also both voiced by Henrik Koefoed, who was also Timon in The Lion King. And Sirius Black was voiced by Lars Mikkelsen, himself!

@@timrob12 In Denmark Stan Shunpike was voiced by Mathias Klenske, who has been the Danish voice of Ash Ketchum since the beginning. Also, the voices of Hermione and Ginny are sisters, and the voices of Neville and Fred/George are also brothers in real life

@Garza1921 I actually think Snape is a great vehicle for Alan's talent but yes DH2 was just amazing. He owned that movie in every way. It felt like the whole franchise paid off with his marvelous performance. I became a die-hard (no pun intended) fan in the theatre that day and have now seen all his movies (in under a month) and think S&S, Closetland, Truly Madly Deeply, die-hard and HP are his best roles. I'm going to rewatch Sweeney Todd as well. Oh and Bottleshock.

I would love this song even more if it didn't have that pop/disco type chorus. It sounds like its supposed to be an evil song and, personally, I would like it to sound more evil...like a disney villain I suppose. They have great songs. And with Rickman's voice...perfection!!

+Juliana Pocase there was a study - a few years ago - at some university, where they were trying to find the "perfect voice" for a man - it turned out to be something between Alan's and Jeremy's voice. I do like Jeremy a lot, but I will always love Alan - and it is about the voice...
