I am convinced that we share this solar system with someone else, now. I was always puzzled by the "UFO" enigma, then one night I saw a craft enter the atmosphere, fly over my head and another's, It wasn't "in" the atmosphere, but riding the edge of darkness, anyways as it it flew over, the setting sunlight illuminated its shape, its was a triangle. The size and speed of the craft was unlike anything I had ever seen, I'm over 50, I've seen a few things. So as it's flying north, it launches another craft off of it. Like an ember from a fire, it does 3 loops and falls into darkness., The craft flew off into the North Horizon in about 35 seconds, no engines, no lights, no sound, no vapor trail. For some time I searched and check reports, but none of the craft matched what I saw, until I found a picture of a mound on Mars, there is one sitting on the surface covered in dirt, if you look at the top, it looks like a mast and 2 doors. You need the ESA images. So, they have been here for a long time, they make mistakes, so I figure, were related at some point in time. They sent someone down for a visit, so there is something here for them. Keep looking up everyone, you never know what you might see. There is no fiction in this account.

Resources that’s why there here I think! What ever that resource is I haven’t a clue! That’s what us humans will do as soon as we have the technology (if we get that far) we will be landing on planets and extracting what we need and want! I’ve had my own siting about 6months ago ! Something incredibly fast flew over my home and disappeared in a blink of an eye. It was a very bright white flashlight light I’d say no more than 100ft up ! Crazy!

I saw one of those giant triangles too! About 3 years ago. It was massive, grey, perfectly silent and disappeared as if it was turning on a "cloaking device" while I was watching it. gives me goose bumps every time I think about it. Very real and very weird.

This is one of the best alien documentaries I've seen, because it's one of the few that actually talks about the pop-culture/science-fiction connection, which I believe is EXTREMELY influential in many peoples' "experiences". We need more level-headed, reality-based people discussing this subject, because most of these programs are intentionally sensationalized and are guilty of embellishing or misrepresenting information for the sake of entertainment. These things were purposefully placed in films to spread fear of aliens and to depict them in a negative light so as to stay away from learning the truth about them and to create hesitancy and fear of being openly ridiculed when delving into these things. These films entice people to believe that believing in such things must be taboo and therefore those that experienced them for real would not be believed because the movies accurately depicted true experiences, and of course, human beings are naïve and get on board the "How can it be real if it was shown in a movie" train. This keeps their secrets safe.

Unless you can provide irrefutable evidence for their existence, I will remain incredulous, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. My standard of evidence is at an appropriate level when you consider just how unlikely all of this visitation/abduction stuff is. The fact that you consider the current "evidence" to be non-fiction is fine, but it's not justified. Thanks for the compliment. Have you ever listened to Hearts of Space? I'm obsessed with space music and everything science fiction, trust me, I want to believe, but I have to draw a line somewhere. Years ago, I believed much of what you do, but I realized that the evidence is hardly better than what we see for cryptids and ghosts and I decided to treat this subject as I treat those, withholding belief by default. There's just SO MUCH nonsense surrounding UFOs and people make so many excuses for bad evidence, and being honest with myself, I just can't go along with it.

The theory that UFO and alien sightings are all inspired from fiction, doesn't ring true. I think it is sometimes more likely the other way around. People have genuine experiences for centuries, they report them, story-tellers and writers shape it into entertainment. Creative license is used and changes occur. Then the whole subject starts to look like fiction to the general public, who is mostly told what to think by popular culture, and who will always cave in to peer pressure, which drives them to ridicule the people who have had the experiences.

I'll take that a step further. Ancient people saw similar things. I believe this may be the source of religious "gods". Imagine seeing something unexplainable up in the sky at a time when there was no flight. There was no frame of reference for the "bright light in the sky". Why do we reference heaven as being up? It's up in the sky among the clouds. Is this because illiterate people at the time had no other way to explain this amazing phenomena so the attributed it to "gods"? It would certainly have been much more powerful than they could imagine...like god. Just my own theory.

Occam's razor, my friend. At least take it into consideration before you come up with the least likely hypothesis. Of course aliens, UFOs, and abductions are inspired by fiction. I mean, people's experiences change with the times. Grays weren't even a thing until they showed up in pop culture. Now it seems everyone sees them. Even the ships change with the times...they used to be exclusively saucer shaped, but now they are described as any shape you can think of. @@falconquest2068 Thanks. I've been a huge fan of Hearts of Space for a couple of decades. I've discovered some of the best music through that fantastic program! I guess I just don't consider anecdotal experiences to be evidence. At worst, people lie (this is far more prevalent than many people want to believe...people kind of suck in this regard). At best, people misinterpret what they are seeing, hearing, etc. I'm not saying I can't be wrong, and I'm certainly not claiming aliens don't exist (statistically, they almost have to), I'm just saying I need far better evidence to believe the absolutely incredible claim that aliens are visiting this planet and have been for centuries, performing the same experiments on humans and animals (you'd think they'd have completed enough research by now if they're so advanced). I mean, how many different alien civilizations are flying around our planet?!?! It must be dozens of different species, because people describe all sorts of creatures/ships. Some are nice, some are malicious, some are just observers. Why on Earth (pun intended) are we a central hub for aliens? Why would they all be so interested in us when we're comparatively ridiculously primitive and self-destructive? We're not as special as we think. It's a very self-centered view of the universe, and we've been guilty of it all throughout history. We tend to think we're more important than we are, and that the universe somehow revolves around us. It's highly unlikely even one civilization will ever discover another in the universe. We very well may never find one, and they may never find us because the universe is so much bigger than many people realize. So, my point is that it's FAR more likely that pop-culture has influenced people's experiences more than they realize. As this video described, people's experiences line up very nicely with the evolution of the science-fiction genre, and I don't think that's a coincidence. I'd love for aliens to visit us, but I just don't think that's the case. There are just too many explanations that require fewer assumptions (Occam's razor). I respect your view on the matter, and I don't expect a response, so we can agree to disagree. Take care!

The late actor, Orson Wells, was doing a radio show in 1938. It was announced @ the beginning it was not true, it was only a drama for radio. The actor did not write the story tho many get that confused with the author of the book....the author used a middle initial in his name. Many people missed the message b4 the drama started & paniced thinking it was real. Orson Wells apologized on the radio, I think the next day, for the scaring so many. Evidently those who were terrified by the radio show hadn't ever read the book, or hadn't made the connection between the author from another time & the well known actor.
