Yes! The design looks a instant classic for a modern full size vehicle. The front of the car reminds me of the (most beautiful 7er ever made), E38. Much more ... timeless than for example the 2019 "LCI" model with hideous size front grille.

Seriously? The music was a complete misfire! The visuals where screaming for cool Nordic sofistication à la Arvo Pärt or Jóhann Jóhannson. Hell, they could have slapped the trailer music for Spitfire Audio's Albion V Tundra and it would have worked beautifully. Instead they decided to go with way too much action blockbuster drama. It's not badly made music, but it has no relation with the visuals

@@Pandalorians personally I do like (read : love) it and I think it (the music) blends with what the commercial is trying to accomplish in terms of vision : this car is intended for high authority / accomplished people. The only thing I wonder though is whether this is really the target group of the car, I mean; would a guy who owns his own hangar and airplane buy a bmw 7 series? However, it could also be that the target group of the car (would like to) envision themselves as being capable of buying their own airplane? Anyway.. am still loving this commercial :')

Much better looking than the leaks, and the technology in this car is amazing. One step ahead of the S class for me in terms of looks and technology, although no one thought the 7 series would compare but it has surpassed the S class in fact! Good job BMW!

José Mourinho I wholeheartedly disagree. This does not have the presence of the S Class nor the class-leading interior. It doesn't exude that same aura of opulence. In the technology department is where the new 7 shines, and even still its not beyond reproach, the S is comparable in that regard as well.

As an American I can tell you that we will never admit that Germans are better than us, we are too stubborn and butthurt about WW2 even though we won. BMW builds incredible cars.

I love the subtleness of details in this video. At the beginning the guy is typing on his laptop and even though he is typing the letters do not appear on the screen. The next time he is typing the same effect is preserved however since the video/tale is progressing the amount of text in the document is larger. Wael Bilal Dude! I doubt BMW would make M7 to compete with S-class AMG division. Because you already have the Alpina B7 with more than 500 horses and twin-turbo V8. And if you watch Top Gear, there's this episode where the 760Li destroyed the S 63 AMG, I'm a more of a BMW enthusiast than Merc but it seems like it wasn't a fair comparison because the S 63 is only a V8 compared to the V12 from 760Li. However, I would love to see BMW making the M7 to answer to the S 65 and Panamera Turbo S.
