just got this iPad and ill say im VERY happy with it! one of my friends made fun of me for preferring small iPads over big ones, but I find this a lot more comfortable to use. small enough to use, yet big enough to take notes! much better than my old iPad! :)

The included usb-c brick is so exciting. Makes it much easier when setting up the ipad for a senior or someone less tech savvy. I was anticipating having to go buy additional wires or bricks.

I still have an iPad Mini 4, iPad Air w/ cellular and an iPad Pro 11 w/ cellular and they are still working stellar. I'll forgo the new models because I won't do anything different from what I'm doing now. I'm happy with toys. Nice color review. I don't understand why Apple decides on muted colors such as the pink version. Shocking colors would be nice in pink and purple.

This iPad mini will literally last 7 years and will be receiving continues updates through the year 2027 which is insane. Android tablets, even the Samsung ones are left for dead after 2 years. Their phones are little bit better but still.

I think what she meant is the one that charges faster. If you plug it to 5w, it would be too slow for an iPad, but seems to be fine for iPhone. Also, Apple doesn’t even sell cables usb c to regular usb.

I love the ipad Mini! Use it for reading in bed in the evening (love how light it is), for watching Netflix, Apple+ oder Disney+ in the train when I am out to my way to work and the kids use it for school and to play apps. At the moment we have the iPad mini 2 and love it. We will get the 6th gen soon, maybe for christmas :)

I am IN LOVE with the iPad mini this year. I still have an old iPad but I think this is the year I am going to upgrade! I’m thinking the purple OR space gray. I’m when you unboxed the purple I totally agreed about the great color. This would be nice to see iPhone 14 in too. Maybe the iPad is a prelude to this 🤔 we can only hope!

Torn between purple and pink too. I’d be interested to see how the pink compares to the Rose Gold from the iPhones/iPad Pros and also the Gold on the Mini 5 which I have currently (bought as there was no pink, then when there is a pink option, they bring out purple too.) Honestly would have been so easy had they only released one or the other.

I had preordered the grey but fell in love with the purple when I saw it in the store. Luckily the store had a few in stock at 8:00 am so I was able to exchange it. Also loved the dark cherry case which they had at store opening too. They pair beautifully. Did not like the lavender case at all. The dark cherry case will hide stains better than the lighter colors and looks more elegant. Bottom line, you really have to see these in the store to assess the colors. No video can do them justice. Biggest disappointment in the store was the new iPhone 13 pro light blue color. But I’m not upgrading from my iPhone 12 until they switch to usb c. Who wants to shoot giant video files only to spend forever transferring them over lightning?

I pre-ordered the iPad Mini 6 256GB in gray two days after it became available for pre-order but because I always have engraving done on my Apple products, I won't get it until late Oct/early Nov 2021. The wait is unbridled torment, but I know it's worth it. This video will help ease the tough wait a bit. ☺️

I ordered Starlight and Orange right after the event. Orange is my favorite color, so I was sad the iPhone 13 Pro didn't come in that bronzey orange that everybody was leaking. So I was super happy when I saw this electric orange cover. Honestly, the lavender Mini comes across very blue in your video, so it looks decent as well.

I feel like people are more likely to use an iPad mini in portrait mode rather than landscape, so I think the camera at the top is fine. On the larger iPads though, I definitely think it should be on the side

Currently debating between the purple, pink and starlight iPad Air 5 and coming here for colour ideas😆😆 would’ve gone for the green Air 4 but unfortunately that’s not an option for the Air 5😭 Honestly the purple looks really great and is the most unique but it does seem to be quite a deep shade! The starlight seems to be the safer option and looks fresh but kinda wanna go for sth more different from my white iPhone 12 so it’s a struggle

That’s quite the selection there. I’ll stick with the “basic” one though. A lot of talk about the new iPads is about annual upgrades. Not much chat out there about us who don’t upgrade often. I’m still on the iPad Air 1st Gen. Finally now seeing compatibility issues with some streaming services and a couple of other apps. So something like the new “basic” iPad is still a big upgrade over my iPad Air and likely will last as long.
