Washington Sundar shld improve his fitness and bowling skills to replace Jadeja as Spin all rounder. In IPL, Impact player rule making worse to bits and pieces all rounders. Tilak Varma shld take serious his career, he shld add one more dimension, and shld hire proper spin coach too. Already Nitish Reddy, shown some flare, and injured, he shld take inspiration from Hardik performance and groom himself as some pace all-rounder. Shardul Thakur is disaster, he is physically over weight, and also non-serious player. He had chances, but he failed due to expensive overs. He is young and shld work on the consistent lines. Aus tour is there in year end. Shardul shld play more games and enhance both his bat and bowling skills
