So let me get this straight: 1. The family was told point blank by the 1st realtor that, the house was haunted and that they should NOT buy it. 2. After the first realtor consultation, the dad actually RESEARCHED online the history of the house and the paranormal activity that goes on in the house. The internet CONFIRMED his suspicion of the houses scary past. 3. OH, but wait, it gets better, they get an even better WARNING by actually SEEING the actual ghost of the house. 4. That's not enough for these people; they actually find the owner and STILL pursue buying the home. The owner tells them the house was EXORCIZED!!! But the family sees NOTHING WRONG with this fact and BUYS IT ANYWAY........ liiiiikkkkeeee....whaaaaatttt?????? *pickachu face!* I've watched almost everyone single one of these episodes. I have to say, this family takes the cake. They are officially the DUMBEST family who unfortunately DESERVES to be haunted. Now, I feel really bad for the kids because they are innocent victims to all the evil but the parents....They are the dumbest. I'm sorry to sound rude/insensitive but why in the world would you go through with this, after all the information that was THROWN at their faces. All the warning signs/redflags... So yea, they get the official "Dumbest Person" award for this show.

No… that would be the wife who really really really wanted that house. and nothing would change her mind… not the house bing a money pit…nothing. can’t imagine living with someone that… selfishly stubborn. And the stories she heard were all now real because they became her stories?!?! so they were just the ravings of lunatics before? 😂😂 the husband clearly didn’t want this house but she apparantely loves forcing him to spend his money for a house only she likes. this lady cares a lot for appearances and those of others’ as long as their image affects her own. LaDelle needed to have found herself a single man who would've chosen her over another, but then maybe she should've dated other men & not got entangled with Prentice Hemmingway Savage when he was married. Idk, that's just my thoughts, a man/woman isn't worth dying for..

When the paranormal investigators discovered she spoke on the recordings, I thought they were going to try talking to her to discover more, lol, but they did not. I just do not get it, they say wow she had intelligent responses and did not bother to try talking to her. Though the husband finding the letters solved the problem. What happened after everyone knew the reason for the suicide, did she pass on or does she still remain in that house? Also it baffles me that her lover who had probably died from natural causes a long time ago, did not come visit her and help her cross over and instead she had remained haunting that house. I also find it interesting with some of those houses where people will just fall in love with those homes, it is like the ghost can influence others. If a ghost talks to a persons mind, they will hear that voice as a thought in there mind, and that thought people often think it is their own thought. I think maybe mediums are able to determine there own thoughts from a thought originating from a spirit.
