Brilliant vocals and instrumentation. One of the best live rock n roll albums of all time. The delta blues influence coupled with folk like Coltrane and Miles run through it like a seam of gold.

I saw this band live some years ago at a concert at a Community College just before they made this album. This music is classical for Southern Rock. After I saw them they went on to NYC to make this album. I was supposed to go to the concert but I couldn't make it. I saw all the original members. All but one member is still alive. If you like this music find Derick Trucks on youtube.
