Yeah, there presently s a way through creations, but its a lot of work. You need to create your ship in the creations editor, then package it as a mod, you should preferably do so using the framework of another mod, so that it gets added to a list of available ships instead of being tied to a specific vendor or edit you do to the worldspace that might affect someone else's mod, etc. Just a whole lot of work. Would be nice if there was an in game way to share ship blueprints with other players that was simple and easy and baked into the game.
