The Alta Sartoria event, Palazzo Vecchio, September 2020.

Palazzo Vecchio, the heart of the city, founded in 1299, features one of the most wonderful rooms in Florence: the Salone dei Cinquecento, that hosted the Alta Sartoria fashion show.
As an emblem of the Renaissance, decorated by architect Giorgio Vasari and commissioned by Cosimo I de’ Medici, this magnificent hall featured a floor decoration of the symbol of the city: the Florentine lily.

Las telas y el diseño de cada uno de ellos está inspirado en la realeza. Bello bellísimo. Los modelos están muy bien en si porque le da una sintonía muy masculina y a la vez realza con su puesta cada uno de ellos al caminar por la pasarela. Creo que sin duda es una gran colección Sus telas y estampados con una gran época dejando ver que en los colores se puede llegar a lo divino. Hermosa presentación señores. The fabrics are amazing and the designs are truly gorgeous, but this is the first D&G show where I felt some of the models did not have the gravitas and confidence to pull off the clothes they were wearing. Still it’s an incredible show and their talent shines through.
