Later down the road for your low beam headlights since they are projectors try and find an LED bulb that is specific for the projectors. Look into Ais lights. They make one that doubles the power of a normal bulb in the projectors.

The first mod I did was go to the junkyard and get a 2.5 emblem. Removed the V6, 3.5, and the R on SR. Replaced the 3.5 with the 2.5. Now I have a 2.5 S with a 3.5 under the hood. :)

You have to make sure you have the right bulbs for the housings. Mine were H1 for high beams and H7 for the low beams

@@ArdenAutomotive do you know what size dust caps , I am having to find a deeper one for the H7 low beam using Hikari Acme-X 2021 leds. I think its based on a kia soul cap but I might be wrong. What I do believe is that all these projectors are using the same caps. FWIW on the sedan version the Acme-x fits in the high beam H1 just not the low beam, due to how recessed the H1 is . The H7 socket is center offset so it is tricky getting it in there with the HSF. Wiggling it in will do it. The clip is even harder but secures as well the H1 base. Working on finishing the update on an 2008 Altima Sedan. I think lasfit has one that fits but not sure on the bulb dustcap. This specifically pertains to the Akkon Lighting brand which is resold from DTmoto, Amazon, OEMassive etc.

For some reason these headlight housings come with different bulbs than the factory ones. The factory low beams are h11 and the factory high beams are h9. The headlight housings I had were h7 low beams and h1 high beams. And by hole out I mean sand it out to make the hole bigger
