I've always liked her, probably in no small part because of how attractive she is, both inside and out. But try as I might, I could never get into her show, Sanctuary, it was just too clunky for me. Especially after coming off of Stargate SG1 and Stargate Atlantis where, not only was the writing far superior, the overall process, all the elements of making a believable science fiction show, was way above, completely on a different level, to what she was later doing on Sanctuary. It felt like she was taking a step back, going from a hit show to an obscure show, and for no apparent reason other than, for the experience? It felt like it was the opposite of what her costars had done, going from Farscape to Stargate was a step up, and here she was taking a step down. As proof, here we are years later and she's still mostly remembered for Stargate, and I actually had to look up Sanctuary, just to remember the name of her other show.

Worst character in great show. Lol she was a prototype Mary Sue. So let's get this straight I'm assuming she is in her early 30s at the start. She's a genius physicist, computer expert, has amazing weapons and hand 2 hand combat training, can hardwire anything, etc etc. This is a Mary Sue. Characters like this have ruined television and cinematic storytelling.
