How does the emperor move/power his casing without the solar slats? bit of a quandary there he sure sounds angry in this, i think i like it You've knocked this out the park, fantastic stuff

His solar slats are the bands round the dome and the shoulders. They act as his solar panels or has an internal source. You could apply the same question to the Paradigm Daleks, there casings had no slats but could still move on none metal.
