I'm always surprised by how few views the Logee videos have. Byron's multi-generational knowledge is rare on this platform, and it's always so neat to hear him give tours of different plants and their history. I'm grateful these types of video's exist because you don't exactly find this type of information on wiki or in a textbook. Keep up the great video's Logee's!

Similar here. I have lime a few years old and from this spring(it's still spring in new zealand), I have limequat, miewa, nagami, yen-ben lemon, satsuma mandarin, encore mandarin, calamondin and star ruby grapefruit. I still want moro blood orange and sunrise lime which is a fingerlime/calamondin cross. I think the last is in high demand, it's newish. How long till I'm overwhelmed with fruit? I suspect another 4 years, though I'm pampering their pots with great potting mixes and additives.

What an amazing tree with such a variety of fruits. I must say the caretakers at Logees are doing a great job to keep this tree vigrous and fruiting after all these years :)

So interesting and educational! I had no idea different types of citrus fruits can grow in one tree. What a history. I have a miniature calamansi tree, love it.

Someone in my elementary school had a Nagami kumquat in their front yard in Daytona Beach, Florida. It was about 60 feet high.

That's a tree with an interesting story to tell. It is amazing that they can outlive us humans. Our time on this Earth is too short!

This is such a piece of art work. Recently I have bought 2 Meiwa Kumquats and I have to say that it is the most delicious Rock sugar sweet kumquat I have ever eaten. The trees can be expensive but all worth it. I’m going to search for the next sweet kumquat which your video is so helpful! Thanks for sharing. My next search would be the Changshou Kumquat! Your tree is absolutely amazing!

Interesting video. Citrus are almost impossible to grow here in Florida with the various viruses, diseases, insects, etc. it is a shame, I have many fond memories of the smell of citrus blooming in the spring and enjoying the fruit later in the year.

Thanks so much for this informative video. I purchased a Meiwa Kumquat in Spring 2020. Placed it in the ground. Got couple fruits this year and shortly after fruiting the leaves fell off and branches all turned brown ( toast). I live in Central FL zone 9b. I am truly trying to find out why my tree died. Any possible insights?
