We are going to Osaka from Nov 8-10, 2024, planning to do a side trip to Kyoto to see autumn leaves…where do you think we should go to see it ?

It sounds like a wonderful trip! Early November may be slightly ahead of the peak for autumn leaves, but you might be able to enjoy beautiful colors in higher elevation areas like Kibune Shrine. Arashiyama and Kiyomizu-dera Temple are also great choices with stunning views, regardless of the timing. As your trip approaches, I suggest checking the latest autumn foliage updates to find the best spots.

Are these actual footages from this month september 2024? Or footages from past years as a teaser to upcoming autumn? I thought the colours come out usually november thats why we always schedule our autumn trips during november 😊
