I CAN TELL U!! first your gonna need these things, paper, pencil or pen, markers or any coloring material, scissors, an idea for the dragon, and tape or glue, you'll be needed 2 pieces of paper for the base and however many for your own design, okay, now start by cutting the piece of paper in half, take one of those halves and fold it in half, then fold the open halves to make a thin strip that is for the top half, do that once if your doing one headed dragon, with the other half, cut that in half and do the same folding technique, grab your unused 2nd paper and cut it into 4 pieces, this part is tricky so don't rush this part, take one of those 4 pieces and fold it in half one way, the fold it the other way, listen close to this one, tale the edge, both folded sides, and fold it to make a triangle, then cut part of it off, but not all, leave some room, then do the same 2 times with 2 pieces of the fourths of paper, unfold those 2 pieces and cut one of them in half with scissors, these 3 pieces are the top jaw, bottom jaw, and the inside of the mouth, use your tape or glue and glue/tape those open flaps inside the 2 pieces you made at the beginning, make sure those pieces are trimmed to fit your hand size, then lastly, sketch, color, and cut out your design and then glue/tape it to the base, make sure to do a top design for the top jaw and one for the bottom jaw, there! I hope this helps, if you need more clarification, just ask!😊
