Amber Craven and Vinny Cagungun may not have had the smoothest journey to their fourth place finish Wednesday night, but they capped it off in style with a marriage proposal on the mat in front of host Phil Keoghan. They also discuss Vinny's portrayal as the season villain and what they've learned from watching the show back.

Excuses. That is not how “true” relationships are. I feel so sorry for Amber. Being in an abusive relationship myself and seeing the same actions and patterns from Vinny brought back so many flag backs. Watching them together was so triggering. I really hope Amber knows she is beautiful, smart and deserves respect.

THIS. Trust us, Amber... tigers don't change their stripes. It only gets worse from here. You think you feel bad now, just wait until a decade or two goes by. Please don't let that happen. Trust the people that have walked in your shoes and KNOW this kind of abuse. I assume he was on his best behavior, too, which is super scary.

When he got down on one knee, I was like "Oh hell naw!" I actually expected them to break up before they exit the race, not the other way around lol. Such a toxic relationship.

I hope he watches the race and sees how horrible his behavior was toward her. That is not how you are supposed to treat someone you love. Looking how Ricky and Caesar are supportive and loving to each other made a difference in how they played the game. They were in the front because they in sync and very supportive of each other.
