I feel like the Gameloft workers thought they were making Spider-Man 4 and at the last minute they were told it was The Amazing Spider-Man and they just put the title and the suit that's why there are the costumes of the raimi saga.

you just need to replay the mission "a crazy climb". you can either finish it or use a spider pass.
