The Amazing World of Gumball Lost Episode: "The Scholorship" by The Shadow Reader

TAKE A READ:
What my KZbin channel was created for, was originally to narrate Lost Episode Creepypastas and the like. Why would I do that? Well to be honest with all of you, I feel as though the "Lost Episode" genera of Creepypastas seems to be a subject that nobody else would really cover..so I decided to dedicate my channel to nearly forgotten subject. However, as the years went by, I've vehemently decided to start reviewing the stories that I narrate, in order to help future writers of all sorts learn from their mistakes, and strive to do better.
Now, please understand one major thing...and hear me out on this good. I DO NOT criticize stories just for the sake of being a jerk to others. While I certainly can get rather annoyed, and a bit angry, at the constant usage of cliches and bad grammar in a storyline, I only do it for the sake of the author, and out of love for all my fellow Creepypasta writers.
With that said though, I've decided against ranting as much as I have done in the past, and instead focus on breaking down the story paragraph by paragraph to point out the storyline, plot development, proper description,, the grammar, any and all cliches, and lastly the punctuation marks...ect.

While the majority isn’t too creepy, it was really immersive, this story. I’d say it’s an 8/10, the ending of the episode is actually pretty unnerving, but I wish the episode was more connected with the protagonist. Both the protagonist and Gumball suffer the consequences of snooping around in something they really shouldn’t have, and I wish the protagonist’s situation was better foreshadowed with this episodes ending.

The episode is connected to the person in story when anais made the machine it means when he got a job when gumball and darwin messed with the machine it represents him taking the disk when nicole scolded them it was a prediction when he gets fired

I think Nicole has every reason to harshly scold the boys for what they've done and I thought it was well done! Gumball and Darwin would accidently kill their own sister for real, because of their crap! Even it was just a accident but it could've been avoid for both of them and now they were grounded for the rest of the year; also letting a nice ambiguous situation of Anais' state, "would she live or die after the surgery?" and include other thoughts like "Will she become disabled if she live?" and "Will she ever forgive their brothers or never for what they've done?".

@@Numbuh8578I think it’s way more likely that Nicole suspected that Gumball had something to do with the whole ordeal, besides, she even makes a mention that she could see Gumball doing something as reckless as what he did. Perhaps during the trip to the hospital she may have pressured Gumball into owning up, and eventually Darwin would’ve confessed due to the extreme guilt and shame he was feeling. However, this is only a theory of mine.

​@@ToilettaMy theory is that after the ambulance arrived and Anais was on the gurney, the family runs over and she starts saying Bolts over and over again which makes Gumball and Darwin put 2 and 2 together and realize what they've done. Those this could go into two different scenarios, the first is after the guilt got too much, they (mainly Darwin) confessed to what they did or Nichole noticed their behavior and starts to suspect they were behind it

This was a very while written creepypastas. However I'm not sure how much I liked the way the episode ended, and I can't help but feel like there's alot of expansion from here. Honestly, if I were writing this story I'll probably have the episode's concept be of a fanfiction rather than a lost episode creepypasta. But that's just me, I still enjoyed the story for what it is.

If the thumbdrive was encrypted, wouldn't the password screen come up before it could even show the contents of the folder? That's how it works with BitLocker, at least. Not that it even matters since the protagonist figures out the password anyway.

Gumball and Darwin then ran away from home after this incident. They ruined their baby sisters lives and couldn’t handle the guilt from their parents. Gumball and Darwin left home later that night and spent ages walking around Elmore while Nicole and Richard desperately tried to find their kids. But no trance of the boys were left. Gumball and Darwin took their chance and beelined away from the house at full speed.

Eh, unsure about this one. A lot of attention is put on the narrator's personal life, moreso than the episode itself. To the point where said episode just feels like a side-quest in this creepypasta supposedly focusing on it. It's not like the contents of the episode has any affect on the author, he could've stolen anything and arrived at the exact same conclusion.

I really like how the gumball episode is a perfect parallel to the author's situation. Both him and Gumball (and Darwin) screwed up by messing with something that wasn't theirs and as a result they had to pay big consequences for it.
