My dears, Three years ago I kicked of my project with the song ”Unexpected Emotions” One year later, I thought that would be a good idea to make a mix with all the tracks I have released in the first year of my journey The experiment went well, and it was continued last year with a second mix So, despite the fact that my project will turn 3 years on 23 of June, I decided to upload the third mix today, on Friday (as its the release day), as next Friday I will release the next extended compilation - A Longer Story Pt. 5 As for previous ones, I tried all my best to not only glue all the tracks together, but to make the mix sound as a musical journey. Man, the level of talent Wooli exhibits throughout this track is honestly humbling. It's someone creating at the top of the game, touching and influencing the lives of countless souls. Thats gotta be one of most incredible feelings a person experiences. Imagine connecting spiritually and emotionally to a crowd of thousands. Their heartbeat falls in rhythm to beat, while the rhythm slowly rises. Every single person in the crowd is going into themselves finding all the shit we bury down deep daily. Like a symphonic conductor, he knows how to orchestrate the build up perfectly, pulling the crowd in deeper with every beat. All those people going through theirs, pulled together into the wave. At the right moment, the drop hits so hard that all the emotion that those people were holding unto explodes. Like the peak of a massive wave breaking over unto the shores, it takes everything and pulls it into the flood. All of that, connected directly to him. Moments like these are what make music, and imo EDM so incredibly powerful. It's why after 25 years of being heavily into and involved with the scene, I still fall in love with it all over again. Music has literally been the cornerstone and love of my life. Artists like Wooli, all of Ophelia, will never fully realize just how much theyve been a part of my life and soundtrack. I'm being grateful as it's pained some of the most memorable moments of my life, both the highest of highs, and the eternal encompassing lows. I just want you to know how grateful I am. Thank you.
