troy brady "left" the band (pretty much got kicked out for ripping off another bands song then saying he wrote...give it all)

+Joshua Rice mate yes he did, joel birch made a statement about it on a warped tour interview, give it all was joels favourite song to do live but found out troy had ripped the guitar riff and intro off another bands song, amity do not play give it all live anymore since joel found out. troy also stole an intro from the same band with the skeletons intro
