I've silently struggled with depression and anxiety from a young age. I'm 26 now, lost my father last year. He took his last breaths while I held his hand. I told him seconds after his last breaths that "I would see him soon" If it wasn't for my son I would be in the afterlife looking for him. Thank you for providing music that helps me not feel crazy.

@@optimusprime7243 Holy fuck.... That shit makes me think I should stop whining about being physically and mentally abused by my ex-stepmom as a kid. I never suffered through sexual abuse, fortunately. Goddamn, my guy... Hope you stay clean. I'm white knuckling sobriety right now. I'm definitely gonna break soon. But, hearing your story, makes me think I'm just being a fucking baby....? I really hope you're cool bro. I mean, if you need to vent, I'll hear you out any time.... Be safe, my nigga Edit: nah... Hold on. Reread your comment and had some thoughts. Bro, the one absolute truth I've learned is this; there is one person in this world who will abandon you to the pit without remorse. Will break you, heart and soul, with ruthless totality. They're the ONLY person who can straight up DESTROY you. They're also the only mufucker who will carry you to the heights of happiness. Through the most impassable obstacle, on to utter victory. That person, both sides, is who you see in the mirror. Are they a burdensome waste, full of negativity and toxicity? Trying to hold you back from what you deserve? Or, maybe, are they a fucking soldier? Someone who has survived shit that would kill lesser men 1000x over? Someone who has fought demons and won? Who you see is up to you. And, if you're not happy with who they are, you CAN change them. Remember, bro, wolves need packmates to fight. Lions can fight alone.

LTOTM is actually not their best work ever. Just the most popular. But what you mentioned next (CG and Youngbloods) - this is what should be an example of their greatness. I don't know who will see this but, after all the hell life gives us, the struggles I've been through, you guys have helped me more than any music act out there, so thank you so much, the talented writing, and thank you Joel for writing such meaningful and relatable lyrics

Brand new stuff! I’ve got to say they’ve gotten a bit heavier and that’s just f**king awesome ,🤘happens with age. Voices deepen, minds mature, very proud of these guys for staying true to the genre and not selling out 👍

Say yall live in Wiesbaden recently, out here cause the Army, times had been rough recently and it had been a long time since I had been to a show. Yall really helped me out years ago; a time that i almost walked into traffic. You guys do so much for us: I hope whatever battles you face are inhibited by what you pay forward. I remember being the only one singing "If I had Your God In My Hands, id be dead tonight, i had glorious plans" in the crowd - those words mean more than i can ever express

Even though I'm a Christian this music still means something to me. God saved me back in 2016 from drug and alcohol addiction. I'm sober now but I still struggle with depression from my past but now I live a God centered life. All I did was acknowledge my sin and believe Christ died for ME. That's who MY GOD is. God bless everyone listening to this song.

Dont think God and Christ have something against this kind of music.if you praise God as he should be praised and feel good listening to metal...I think He will understand and be supporting you all your life because You are with Him.
