Check out rbenny, and lightbath for developed modular music. It is ambient but has momentum. Also, Hainbach is great for experimental music, he has a section where he uses old test equipment to make music, it's dope. you can find them all on youtube, personally Hainbach is my favorite followed by Rbenny

I love this composition, so many different synths (including an oscilloscope) used in unison. I too jam with my set up. OB-Xd, Moog software and Casio Ctx digital synthesizer. Fun stuff!

Eh, no. Pc's contain processors / controllers capable of calculating and executing instructions. All this equipment is pure analog. All sounds are made analog instead of an algorithm recalculating sampled audio.
