this is more than a 'tribute' band. They are an orchestra playing beautiful scores to perfection. When I go to a concert, I don't anticipate to SEE what Mozart or Beethoven looked like, I just want to hear their music played by professionals. I missed the Analogues concert when they played the Olympia in Paris, but next time...They do a fantastic job: research, rehearsal with lots of dedication and talent (a bit of money invested too). Love the Analogues. Keep the good work, boys !!

I was amazed how good they sound. I never thought I'd come across a band that sounds as good as these men. I have been a Beatles fan For 50 years. And until now I have never heard a band sound anywhere near as good as the original. And another thing I love is they play some of the Beatles songs that are not often heard... I am a Brit living in Spain. Does this band ever come to Spain! Anyone know ?

Indeed, this is as close as you can get to the music of the Beatles, Rosey. I was one of the lucky ones being invited by the Analogues seeing and hearing them perform Abbey Road Revisited @ the Abbey Road Studio's, London on sunday june 30th 2019 (first show). It was amazing being there @ the holy grail. Later that year they performed Abbey Road Revisited @ Olympia, Paris. I don't know if Spain will be visited sometime in the near future. September/October 2020 they perform in Germany and in november 2020 they will do a couple of Lennon 40-80 shows. Check their website for the details.

@@gribwitch much better in my opinion. they don’t go for the looks, they just play everything exactly as was written. note for note. if you watch the sgt peppers video you can see how they dissect and reproduce every track with perfect precision, with every instrument exactly as recorded in 1967.

Who's the roadie singing on Ballad of J&Y and I Feel Fine? I've watched most every Analogues vid out there and saw them live in Antwerp and never saw that guy before. I do hope Jan's hearing issues improve. Would love to see him back in the band full time. Felix is great and all, but Jan was the best frontman the group had and took a lot of workload off Dietrich. Also wish they wouldn't do early stuff as that's not their core competency. The moptop impersonators actually do those quite well, but nobody touches the Analogues on recreating the last six albums.

No idea how this is in other countries but in the Netherlands this is quite common. Most of these stages can only survive by selling a LOT of beer, so the crowd gets louder and louder.

Do you know the ticket prices back then? I was there in Berlin 2019 with free seating it was 55€. In 2022 they wanted for the front rows 104€! For a cover band!!! I don't care how good they are; that's just insane. Gorillaz, Smashing Pumpkins, The cure etc. are cheaper.

Ticket price Amsterdam (NL) 2014 € 7,50. The Analogues were relatively unknown at that time, Dave. I saw "Revolver" also Amsterdam (NL) 2015 € 21,35 ; Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band Schiedam (NL) 2017 € 34,00 ; The White album Breda (NL) € 51,85 ; Abbey Road Relived London Abbey Road Studio's 2019 € 0,00 (I was invited by the Analogues due to a nice pitch and being very lucky) ; Let it be: Abbey Road 2019 Dordrecht (NL) € 50,00. So ticket prices went up nearly every year, but they are fully worth it. Look at the equipment they use. Authentic and very expensive. I'm not advertising for the boys, but i like them very much. They're good, very good.
