Ayurvedic medicine is based upon the principle of interconnection -- between self, nature, and universal consciousness. Learn how Ayurveda, the science of life, can empower you to align with the elements of nature, your own true essence, and the tapestry of consciousness that unites us all.
While ayurveda is over 5000 years old, its principles still have importance in modern science and society. Where western medicine largely overlooks preventive methods and the roots of chronic disease, these concepts are at the forefront of ayurvedic medicine. In this episode, we also explore how ayurveda can be understood in terms of the five elements and the human experience in terms of the five koshas, or layers of self. Through studying ayurveda, we can come into a much deeper relationship with ourselves and the natural world around us.

Also, saw myself in a multidementional place, aboard a spaceship, and on a light-medbed. Sound frequency was used to activate my healing abilities.

Ayurveda didn't just come from India. Don't forget Nepal. Nepal witnessed so huge quantity of Mystical Ayurvedic Shidda Purushas. Not to mention, Labh and Kush (sons of Shri Ram and Mata Sita) were masters of Ayurveda, and DhanurVidya was born and grew up in Nepal only! The place where Labh and Kush were born is called Bashistha Ashram, and it is in Nepal. Therefore, the rarest of rarest herbs are found in Nepal. Nepal had always been a Master of Ayurveda.🙏

Interesting sentence which I believe tells a lot: Our culture has very much gotten away from nature I think because of the scientific mind, and the approach we were trying to conquer nature. Where we are always learning that science is the key to life is it driving us away from the source.

How come Ayurveda is just 5000 years old? Don't mean to offend anyone but I can give solid proof of Ayurveda being way older than the number 5000. Labh and Kush (Sons of Shri Ram and Mata Sita) were born in Vashisth Ashram which is in Nepal. It is mentioned that Labh and Kush were Masters of Ayurveda and DhanurVidya. In Vashistha Ashram, you can find the rarest of the rarest herbs even today! And if you go there and do Carbon Dating on every single piece of Archeological evidences, you will also get Surprised.

Very fascinating ideas, I’m definitely going to seek out more education on this topic. However, I dislike the vilification of science endorsed here. The destruction of nature is not inherent to science - it is the result of scientific discoveries being used to satisfy human greed.

@@Nathan-eq3zs scientific conclusions are indeed interpretations. There’s a reason why scientific explanations are called, “theories.” Our current understanding of anything is always just our best theory. Scientists fully understand that they might be wrong. That is, in fact, the distinguishing feature of science. We are always asking for more and more evidence so that our theories can be improved. The failure to question one’s self and continually demand more evidence to improve one’s understanding is the mark of unscientific thought.
