Such a timely message. Like so many, I was raised to be hyper independent and learned that it just wasn't okay to ask for help. My 3 year old granddaughter often says "I need help" I love that it's so natural for her! I realized a few days ago that it should feel natural for me. I'm finally asking my guides for help. If I was stuck in the bottom of a well there would be no way to get out without help. Life is like that sometimes. We just can't do it without help and just like my granddaughter it should be the most natural thing g in the world to say "I need help."

I was on episode 3 this morning. After watching, I felt a sensation in my chest that had been craving to be seen. I finally gave it space and oh dear did I have a cathartic cry for almost two hours. Cried about the stories of not feeling seen by my mom, then cried about my parents' pains. I didn't realize I'd been carrying these weights on me. It's been healing, to say the least. Thank you Kyle for everything. Just for being you and being a conduit for the universal love.

I started watching an episode and couldn't stop, I watched it all. Incredibly, it transported me to a place where I healed a bunch of things I didn't even know were inside.
