Listen, I made a huge mistake this year, I asked my guides to integrate my shadow. I had forgotten at the time that my shadow is really in a trauma vibration, therefore everything became Trauma, I went into a huge major depression lost jobs, lost friends, lost hope. I have since then asked for my shadow to in-fact be segregated. And sincerely I am sorry to myself. Ooof. I assumed it would be a huge Step of growth, maybe in hindsight it will be. But 2024 has put me out to pasture yall.
