yeah... I actually was following them waaaay back in the day...not many Americans as far as I know are aware of them.. The 2 brothers playing guitar and "DOC" Neeson ....The Angels were a very very very good band ..Thanks for posting ...and RIP DOC you are missed ....and my personal note ...there are NO Angels band of any kind without DOC

@gibsonrippa: Did you even bother to READ what I wrote. In either case, Neeson owns the rights to use the name this way, bands change lineups all the time. He has the "Angels" name, they are songs written by the "Angels". So for all intents and purposes, this is effectively "The Angels" as they are (were) in 2007

The first hit song for The Angels, and the one that established their classic 'nik-nik' guitar sound. Another Angels classic primarily written by lead guitarist Rick Brewster (the only member who never left The Angels)

I've seen the guy (Doc Neeson and Doc Neesons Angels) performing in Kandahar 2007, they where absolutely fabulous. Spoke the guy afterwards back stage and also a great character!

What absolute twaddle. This isn't The Angels as they were in 2007. There's only two people in this lineup who've ever recorded songs with The Angels. At the same time, in 2007, Angels founders Rick Brewster and John Brewster and bassist Chris Bailey were playing Angels songs live, by your parameters they had more right to call themselves The Angels (more original recording members in the lineup, including the prinicpal songwriters).
