Say what you want, but if Rare files a DMCU against you for AFK streaming their game then I'm pretty sure they haven't changed their mind about you because of their own pirate rules (f.e. number 7). They won't change their mind, if you don't apply with your ban evasions, which is single-handly an understandable ban reason. It's as you've said: "I can't explain this else than just guessing a Rare employee has a vendetta against me." ... and I wouldn't be so suprised.

This guy is pathetic. “I don’t know why Rare banned me” he said as he glided over the water after abusing exploits. These people have nothing to feel good about in their lives so they compensate. At the end of the day, Rare makes the game, and it’s up to them what they will and won’t tolerate online. If they have a problem with exploit abusing trolls, then they will get rid of them. I agree with you, behaviour like this encourages more bad behaviour, and it destroys player retention rates. Anyone who meets a new crew and decides to flex their muscles on them is an absolute loser, just my personal opinion. I hate these “it’s a pirate game” mf’s. It’s just a game. Play it however you like. Being an asshole doesn’t mean you are the only one playing the game right.

I love this update but i am really annoyed as a xbox player that the one method of launching farther then normal using the cannons was patched out, since it was the only one that us console players could use. So now three years later rare continues to be butt hurt about it and any time theb does anything like beating cheaters or exposing really shitty people, ya know really ban-able stuff, rare just wipes him out. To be fair he does ban evade but come on man, three years.
