Splatoon 3 Rainmaker is literaly the worst for me. Im not saying that its all my teams fault. But for some reason everytime i play rainmaker in splatoon 3 i get atleast 2 braindead teammates. We actualy wiped the enemies and he just had to jump over 1 gap to reach the checkpoint. Instead they painted the middle with the rainmaker like it was turf war 💀💀💀

When I started playing Splatoon 2, I have to say I raged a lot like Putz for maybe the first few MONTHS. I mostly blamed DC’s (that DID crack my rank meter) or my teammates for being “bad” at the game especially when I hit S/S+. The thing that gave me perspective though was that no one I knew personally, or even the Splatubers I watch, was perfect at this game. Take Etce for example. He’s been playing since Splatoon 1’s release and he even admits he’s not _that_ good at the game. But he still maintains Rank X and plays for the fun of it rather than super competitively, and that really inspired me to take a chill pill when playing the game too. What I’m trying to say is don’t blame your teammates or bad connection or even a DC. There are things you can’t control but what you CAN control how you improve and get better at your own play style. Switch weapons up, try new gear sets, whatever. I’m Rank X now (though averaging a 2000ish power level) and I did it by losing the majority of my matches and focusing on getting better. I’m a Dapple Noveau main myself and let’s just say Sub-Saver/Sub Power-Up does wonders for me instead of swim speed ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Well this is exactly why I use multiple of "special charge up". Being able to use your special frequently is the key to success. When I have enough ability chunks, I will make a full pure set of special charge up. Can't wait to do that. Special charge up ftw

@@catguy4996 Don't rely too much on them tho. Yeah, they can help a lot but are not as "broken and OP" as they were in the first game. Good idea tho, if you're handy with them.

@@Fes_M I figured it out the hard way. So it turns out that the more you stack an ability, the less of a difference it actually makes. Typical. Oh well, I can do a combination of special charge up and special power up.

@@catguy4996 If i might suggest, i'll tell you to keep all "special" enhancers to one piece of gear only, and focus more on Main/Subs... example, part of my competitive gear is the skull bandana, which has 1 Special saver main and 3 Special Power up subs... (Also it's Forge so it's the common sub ability for that brand)
