Truly is amazing to see the resiliency of animals and plant life .. Animals find their place of shelter to survive the storm and plants/vegetation maintain through their deep roots in the soil. Such beautiful examples of how spiritually we find our strength to survive deeply rooted and sheltered through God's love and protection... His creation sings his praises 🌲🐦🐊❤️❤️❤️

Yes, your observations are spot on ! The trees and human structures received a terrible beating...yet the petals of some wildflowers remained intact. Flooding in the remote areas actually provided opportunities for droves of fowl to feed on little fish, frogs and insects. Your illustration of deep-rooted spirituality was wonderful. Thank you for such expressions !!! 🙏

Awww....your expressions touch my heart. How meaningful the words and when people pray, I feel it is one of the greatest things one could do. So thank you my dear "nature-sister" for your example of kindness and caring and thank you for your prayers on behalf of the human & animal survivors of hurricane Milton. May you, your husband & family be forever blessed ....❤🙏🦋

It's incredible to see the resilience of nature. The tiny delicate flowers, birds and insects that would seem no match to the high winds and debris somehow find a way. I'm sure even the tough ol' gators, turtles and tortoises with built in armor have a tough time in those conditions, yet they also find a way. It really shows that humans are indeed an animals worst enemy as we wipe them out as easily as we extinguish a candle, and with no thought to the consequences on top of it.

Your comments have such a ring of truth Derek. It is so unfortunate that throughout man's history there has been so many atrocities carried out against the animal kingdom and against fellow humans as well. If it wasn't for the goodness of the few, how could one even bear it ? The creatures quietly teach us lessons and you certainly are a rapt student. Thank you for sharing your insights & passion for living things. 🦝🦌🐊🦅

Please help. Was it you who put up a notice asking for help with bra clips that an animal group was using to fix turtle 🐢 shells? I asked at the charity shop I volunteer in and have lost the address. I am in Australia and the request was in America. 🇦🇺🤗🐿️🦘🐢🦉🐈💛🩷💜🧡🩶🤎🖤🤍💙❤️💚
