Agreed with the video “it’s about humanity”. As manga reader, I think Uoto sensei has constructed a beautiful philosophical story, using heliocentrism as motif, a hymn to celebrate humanity and beauty of this world. Despite of dark heavy tone of world building, overall theme is optimistic. As LOTR quote “May It Be a Light to You in Dark Places, When All Other Lights Go Out.”, the light in this case is human curiosity.
