This video is about trekking the Annapurna Base Camp Trek (or ABC Trek) in Nepal and is meant to be a trek report and guide for anyone interested in hiking this beautiful trail climbing deep into the very heart of the Annapurna range. It's the second part of a three part series about our two week hike along the southern Slopes of the Annapurna Himal from Pokhara to the Kali Ghandaki valley.

At the end of October 2022 we get off a van alongside the road between Pokhara and Beni in western Nepal. From the tiny hamlet of Kande we set off to a two week trek around the southern slopes of Annapurna Himal, one of the most famous and most beautiful mountain ranges in the world.
After completing the first leg of our trek, the Mardi Himal Trek, we find ourselves on the entrance of the Modi Khola Canyon in the Hot Spring village of Jhinu Danda.
From there we hike through Chomrong, Bhanuwa and Sinuwa to the hamlet of Bamboo.
On our second day on the trail, we manage to climb all the way up to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC). In the morning of day 3 we finally reach Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) and witness a mind blowingly beautiful sunrise there.
Afterwards, we make our way back down the canyon to finally reach Chomrong again after one and a half days of hiking.
