Here in Sri Lanka the p20c(black version) is 63 pounds and the ARGB version is only 70 pounds. So it's much cheaper here.

What gaming case would you recommend at a reasonable price?
@mmm-sm8gv5 ай бұрын
I bought the ARGB version and used it around for half a year, is it just me or the fans are just really noisy? I know my other fans aren’t the culprit because I changed the case and still used the same fans, can somebody tell me are they supposed to be this noisy or it’s just me? I’ve been wanting to buy new fans

Which one would you recommend betwen p20c and 4000d airflow? 4000d is 96 euro, p20c 104e. I got 4 arctics p12s, so default fans are not so important
@TechHunterOfficial7 ай бұрын
I do like the 4000D but I think the P20C looks more modern. It's just as easy to work with and looks a bit more premium

Pretty cheap on Amazon right now paid 70 dollars for it. Was using the bitfenix enso mesh and that things a nightmare.
@TechHunterOfficial11 ай бұрын
I know that bitfenix case! This is a big upgrade over that. If the price is right, this case is a really good option!

@@TechHunterOfficial Yeah my two main things I wanted in a case were the ability to top mount my aio and have room to accommodate bigger a GPU, also something a little less flashy more understated. Getting a 5700x3d when that drops on the 31st and either the 4070ti super or 7900xt, whichever I could find near msrp.

It's aesthetically pleasing. I'm a bit disappointed with lacklustre front panel I/O but that goes for overwhelming majority of cases out there unfortunately :(

I’ve got a classic ATX case that I bought to build a sleeper PC in. I’ve managed to get 2x140 Noctua intakes and a 1x120 exhaust. What temps should I consider acceptable ? I want to add an air cooled 5950X and a beefy Radeon but I don’t know if I’m going to have to upgrade my case first. Thanks
@TechHunterOfficial6 ай бұрын
It depends what you're doing with the PC. Gaming, working, web browsing etc. If your fans are at 100% you'd probably want cpu temps closer to the 70c target under load. But if you prefer silence then higher is fine. There's no true number really. You just don't want to be in the 80s/90s/100 degrees mark. Then if you want it cooler or louder etc.

This is great thanks for the reply. Will benchmark and take some readings, would be nice to be able to keep this case.

That's crazy. this case (The ARGB version) is only 70 pounds where I live right now and you showed a DeepCool CH560 implying its cheaper for the same performance, while it's freaking 120 pounds here right now. Pricing is so weird in my country.
@TechHunterOfficial7 ай бұрын
That's ridiculous, it's the complete opposite for me 😅

Prices vary across the world. One of the cheapest places for many things is the US, but there are some things that are cheaper in Europe, like Endorfy and Noctua products.

Is there a Verticle GPU mount included? or is it an option?

It is not included!

I really like how the case keeps the same dimensions/ratios and geometry of older designs, while modernizing everything else. To me it looks like an updated version of a 2010s case, and I really appreciate it. I absolutely hate (mid-tower) cases that are shorter front to back, and wider it left to right, especially with GPUs getting longer and longer. Of note though, I'm likely going to order this case today and didn't even think of replacing the front 120s with 140s until you said something. I was just happy that the fans weren't molex like cheap chinese cases. BTW, it's $75usd right now, down from $90, which is also down from $100. Also of note, I don't like 1400rpm fans to begin with in gaming PCs. They might be plenty for budget builds and office computers, but I'd rather have high rpm fans that I can lower the fan curve on. And now that I'm thinking, an ideal "budget fan" option for this case is to relocate the three fans to exhaust and replace with 140s.

A tough one, this is probably a better looking case - but the 216 is perhaps a better performer

BTW, If you can get cases for review from Fractal, I'd love to see a review on the Fractal North Mini-ITX case (beautiful in Black or Green with walnut accent panel on the front), the Fractal North, and the Fractal Define 7 (any size case). Oh yes, the Corsair 5000D Airflow (since you've review the 3000 and 4000 series cases).

Do you mean the fractal Terra? That's an awesome looking case. I don't have any contacts at Fractal or Corsair unfortunately so will have to buy them after payday ☺

also a shame there are only 7 expansion slots, it would have made a good workstation case with 9.

You mentioned better cases than this, did you have others or was it just the DeepCool CH560 shown in the video? I love the look of this case but seeing that DeepCool with the Digital Temperature display at a lower price than this case is just WIN! As someone who likes to constantly see his temps that's fantastic and I want it now lol. I also like very quiet fans, do you know how good the fans are in that case? They seem really quiet in the Antec one!

I can't even tell my computer is on when not gaming and even when I game it's very quiet but just a little bit you can hear it.
