Almost 30 years ago a friend introduced me to the Gospel of Mary. "If the Savior has called her worthy, who are you to say otherwise?" Those are some powerful words. Years later I saw the Dead Sea Scrolls collection on their first tour of US. I don't think I even looked at the displays I was standing in the middle of the room meditating while soaking in the Power of God's word, in it's pure form, not mistranslated and manipulated over 2000 years... It was an amazing experience for me. I started digging deeper and it's been an amazing road of discovery. I pray before I read any book that claims to be Gnostic or Apocryphal or a 'lost book of the bible'. I know it's of God when it all makes perfect sense, 100% crystal clear truth plain as day. I've read a couple that didn't pass muster but were still good reading. 13 apostles plus the women and men tha followed along with the group. Then there's the 500 that saw the Lord ascend to heaven. If even half of them had their story written down while they were alive, that's a lot of works to study. These people KNEW Yeshua! Paul wasn't an intimate, he didn't know Yeshua the man... he only knew him as Christ. These lost Gospels have been showing me who Yeshua was as a human being. And he is so much greater then anything the canon scriptures could even hint at.

I appreciate all the work you've done over the years and that you continue to do. I'd like to comment on the text itself. It strikes me as, at best, written by someone who was very confused by the calculated lies of the egotistical, abusive, murderous, and eventually omnicidal Enlil. Enlil, while declaring himself to be the one and only true God, repeatedly stated that he wished all humans dead, and he repeatedly acted on that wish. Sedrach seemed to be clinging to the thinnest thread of good, but was only able to interpret that good via a mind that had been warped by a lifetime of conditioning in a culture designed by Enlil, the definitive sociopath. So, maybe this text could be the faintest light on the path of someone struggling to leave an evil tradition. But it also could be a stumbling-block, calling backward someone who had to some degree escaped the mental tyranny of Enlil's manipulative, false-guilt-based, blood sacrifice culture. For me, The Apocalypse of Sedrach is evidence that no matter how much evil calls itself good, and even if people reach the wrong conclusion because they cannot conceive of everything they've been taught as being just a system designed to abuse them, people will still have a glimmer of the truth.

But Genesis ch 2 ver 17 says "But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die" not the tree of life. This book can not be true. In it, God supposedly says to Adam not to eat the fruit of the tree of life. But our holy scripture says "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.” That is too big a mistake. Adam was free to eat of the tree of life and it is what kept him free from death. I believe we too may eat of the tree one day in paradise as well with Jesus!!! I am just thinking of the penalty for the person who wrote this, claiming to speak for God. Yeesh. Maybe I'm the one who is wrong, but when in doubt, go to the original source. Could be a bad translation...?

Study the Hebrew, the name of G-D is spelled: YOD HEY WAW HEY, some pronounce it as YHWH, YAHUAH, YAHAWAH, and Jesus translates to Salvation in Hebrew which is spelled YOD HEY WAW SHIN AYIN, some pronounce this: YHWSHA, YAHUSHA, YAHUSHUA and the Holy Spirit translates directly to RUACH haQODESH or REWACH ha QODASH, hope this helped. How close can a son be to his dad if he doesn’t even know what his name is? So likewise with us; we must learn His Name to grow closer to Him.
