I've had mine for a few months now and it's became my travel companion for tournaments. I've modded it pretty heavily with custom art Qanba gravity ks buttons and a IST Alpha N korean style lever with some mods of its own.

I use this stick for when I travel to events as well now. Some screw in buttons are a tight fit or can't fit at all like sanwa screw ins cause the screw piece is too big.

I actually changed the cable management and wrap it down to the bottom post. I also added to wire loom over the wiring to the stick and on the buttons and extra padding on the inside to reduce the rattling from my spare ball top on a sanwa keychain and the mini screw drivers I keep inside when I want to change things inside the stick.

Fortunate to be able to pick up the Silent Variant instead been living in Asian region. The lever spring is just right for me. And it’s ‘dampen’. I did have a Qanba Gravity lever. I might consider reducing to a slightly lighter spring but overall out of the box experience is good. Buttons are responsive and nice to click. Will consider the lever mod to be quick detached for easy storage

Are the USB cable detachable? Will it work with the Steam Deck using the PC mode? Possible to make it work with PS3 console in addition to PS4/PS5/PC?

- Cable is not detachable - Does not work on PS3, but you can buy a brooks converter. [I would check their website for compatibility with converters before buying] - I don't know about steam deck sadly :(

I replaced the stock Hayabusa buttons for Silent Sanwa [x6] & Gold Matallic Sanwa buttons [x2].

Pro: tournament ready, can carry around, easy to open for customization... Con: wire is too close to buttons Solution: make a arcade stick that is a combination of hori alpha stick, detachable lever and make a wireless stick w/ adapter (same thing with wireless mouse) and have a small slot on top of stick to put adapter in after your done with it.

Wireless for an arcade stick is something that would make it worse. Since input delay in tournament for console exists you don't want to make it with more delay. I believe they could have made the wire detachable.

Both options are really good. If you want more customizable modding, go with Hori alpha. If you want precise gameplay, go with Razer kitsune.

God I hate buying things and then watching more videos on it, making me regret my purchase.... Also, I'm currently trying to do the art from the template from Attack. Seems as tho the template shows more room than there actually is for art work.

it's still a very good fightstick. It's my go to for tournaments right now.
