Honestly this is a great guide saying it doesn’t look like you have played much and you covered almost everything to start,the only thing I would say is that there is an npc leaning on a post in caldera and it’s super useful to complete

If you mean you’re stuck in a building you can reset and wait for the timer. It won’t use a life.
