Beterbiev not only has tremendous punching power, but he is physically very strong. He absolutely bullies people in the clinch and that can really exhaust someone over the course of a fight.

Being from Montréal, I watched all Beterbiev’s fights and I’m a huge fan. He is always better every time, very humble, intelligent, devoted to his sport like you rarely see, fast and powerful. I didn’t know Callum Johnson before but I have a lot of respect for him, he looks like a great person and I wish he can be a world champion some day. Thanks for uploading this video, I was happy to watch it again.

yea he should have been more active but i like the fact that he was poised and patient in his process looking for the shots that count .. because if you rush Beterbiev after a knock down and dont manage to knock him out gassing yourself out will leave you in a pretty shitty situation to deal with in the later rounds .. and Beterbiev is honestly dangerous even after a knock down ..

This is my forth fight with Beterbeiv. and I have to say...DAMN...This is a destroyer! His power is overshadowing is extreme boxing skills. He's knocking people out so fast, you can't appreciate his natural ability. So far, I see the only real fight for him is Canelo Alvarez. Now I'll pay for that too.

@ Renard Henry. I believe PEDnelo will not go toe to toe with Beterbiev. Beterbiev is way stronger than Canelo and Canelo knee is getting shot. Over 90% thought ggg won clearly but of course it was a draw? 😆 Clenero has been fighting paper champions and I believe they're were fixed. Especially the Kovalev fight. The " face of boxing" won't lose w the judges on his side plus the blind refs. Canelo says he's fight anybody. Than why doesn't he pick the top fighters instead of paper champions which mean pretty much nothing.

Beterbiev pulled punch at 5:29 which is an honourable act as a sportsman, as he was perfectly entitled to throw his powerful left given no interference and instruction by the referee.

@@Arangggg Beterbiev's rabbit punch is wholly unintended, but accidental. Unfortunate timing of the opponent's ducking when Beterbiev throws his hook. Nonetheless, he needs to be more careful about this, as we see this quite often.

@@Arangggg if the boxer turns his head so that the back is the only thing showing, it’s also against the rules... However it’s normally meant for when someone is ducking really low where there head is near their waste. Rigo is an example of boxer that does this a lot.

The ref didn't say break, he said no and it was clear why he said no -- because Johnson's head was through the ropes. Beterbiev obeyed the instruction and held the punch until his head came bacl into the ring. Then it was open season. Protect yourself at all times.

Artur Beterbiev is not underrated, he is clearly a great boxer and a lot of other fighters recognise his talent hence why they duck him. Unfortunately, he is with top rank who are shit promoters. He needs to go with Matchroom boxing so they can promote his name. He deserves it.

He’s a quiet humble guy from a Chechen descent...he’s always gonna struggle to be a big name. Arturs best bet is to be around his friend Khabib if he wants to tap into the Muslim casual market and self promote but he doesn’t care about fame...just legacy. Hence he’ll remain underrated

This fight shows that both fighters have tremendous heart. They both threw bombs at one another. I think Artur is the slicker fighter though. He has fantastic fundamentals and ring IQ. He’s also a freaking beast! Respect to Johnson especially how he fought Beterbiev’s fight. I haven’t seen any other guy attempt to slug it out with the heaviest hands in boxing. I can’t wait for Dmitry Bivol and Beterbiev’s fight.
