The style of animation you have in here kept reminding me of those nostalgic vintage Christmas stop motion movies. At least, at first. But the clips of the dreams pushed it to a new level and I am baffled. I have no idea how you accomplished some of this. Genuinely magical.

I can't believe i left this tab open for 2 days before I watched it. I don't know how to express the depth in which I understand your protagonist, the resemblance in my reflection leaves me stumbled. Thank you for merging into this dimension or allowing me to merge into yours and bringing this for me to witness. This art is the most beautiful I've yet to witness in my time thus far. 💙 Thank you.

You've really put a lot of time and effort into this. It's so smooth I can't tell if it's real or animated

Standing ovation! Fantasticalicious! Wonderifically Beautyfull! Your eerie, soothing, alluring musical soundscape blends so well with your two contrasting yet complementary visible worlds, I am so happy that one can zoom in on YT. I was intrigued and paused to read the various articles, book pages, notations...it broke up the flow a bit, but added more than subtracted. I especially full-screened the tree-scapes: filled my eyes with the scintillations and sparkles, all in my favourite colours! Perfect conclusion. Or is it? I can’t wait to watch, be absorbed your other creations. I sincerely hope you get to show this masterpiece in film festvals, you deserve numerous awards! ❤❤❤❤

Thanks very much. I know the text excerpts couldn't be read entirely in the time visible and wondered if anyone would.

@@williamkersten4279I paused to read as well. The fictional dialogue of the philosophers in Althyria is so engaging and fascinating.

I love this! The beautiful music, the animation, the mysteriousness... I would like to work in the Archive of Lost Dreams but have only public library experience! Watched it in HD! :)
@williamkersten4279Күн бұрын
All public libraries should probably have a dream archive but I'm not sure they have the budget.

This is really cool! I love the stop motion animation it gives an intriguing and nostalgic feel that Is familiar yet unique in its own right. I'd love to delve into stop motion animation myself I find that the art of it is slowly becoming extinct and wold like to help revive it. Do you have any tips or tricks you are willing to share?
@williamkersten42792 күн бұрын
It's become more popular recently. I am using stop motion mainly just to be able to do a whole film by myself.

I am dumbfounded. To discover art like yours lying in wait on this website is what keeps me coming back to it. I just went to your website and am so intrigued by all of your content. Is there any way to watch your feature-length films online? I’d love to know as I am always on the lookout for interesting and unique film. Keep up the good work!

Kersten also has a KZbin channel for his musical compositions (he performs everything, including the soundtracks for his films, using a digital library): kzbin.info/door/zw9LgNdHw4MOMKegGBapZg

Thank you - my feature films have been a motley assortment, but one, Disembodied, is being released with a 4k Blu-ray and streaming this January, also will be shown in some theaters here and there. My other still existing feature, Althyria, is having some more work done on it. Thanks for your interest!

@@williamkersten4279 I read about Althyria and was highly interested. I’ve been working on a manuscript for a story that actually closely resembles your themes of dreams and their intersection with reality. The whole concept of how our dreams affect us is one I’ve always wanted to make art off of. I can’t wait to see the films rereleased, I would gladly buy a copy of Disembodied. I’m a big fan of low budget horror.
