Thank you for making these Dr Smith. They are really informative! May I ask what software you are using to make those trees and the animations? It really looks like something I would like to use in the future.

Thanks for the feedback, Paul. I am glad you are enjoying them. The basic technology is PowerPoint. The typed text and lines are in a PP presentation. The tool for writing on the slides is a cheap Wacom tablet (about $70).
