Felt like I had to re watch this, and to hear Bobby talk about if he’ll ever grieve, around min 29:00 & he asks “is there a chance where it doesn’t come out” this is genuine as hell. Just the fact of being guilty that someone close to u died and you not feeling sad. Is hard enough on somebody, but the fact that u don’t know when it will come out & not Wanting it to come out. Is a lot of stress. When my grandma died (closer to then my own parents) died. I didn’t feel anything, I felt horrible. Then about 2-3 months later I cried in my father in laws arms for minutes... for no reason at the time, deep sobbing /crying. Now he’s gone and wasn’t able to go to his funeral. I wasn’t able to go to either of there funerals.. it sucks but what I think about is back when we were “hunter and gatherers” we used to smile when we were about to kill an animal for food. That’s why to this day humans sometimes smile, when under pressure or distress. “Whatever hurts you makes you stronger” it’s cliche. But it’s true. Your lowest and most hurt is supposed to empower you for if it were to happen again. This is life and we have to make the best of it our bodies will do it for us we just have to cooperate. Make anybody who passed, if they’re watching, be proud of you. If they’re not watching then do it in their name if u need.
